Endangered Species
One of the endangered species in Denali is the Peregrine Falcon. The falcon was actually removed off the endangered species list in 1999, but is still pretty rare. There aren't that many good places for them to nest, so the population is not that high. Peregrine Falcons have a circle of yellow surrounding their eyes and beaks. Their bodies are a mix of black and white feathers. Even though they are off of the endangered species list, it is uncommon to see one flying in Denali National Park.
